Service Agreement

By booking a spray tan session with Golden Glow Society, you agree to the following terms. Golden Glow Society provides mobile spray tanning services in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina.

Booking & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed upon payment
• Payments are processed securely through Square
• Travel fees are calculated based on distance from our Trinity, NC base
• Prices are subject to change; booked prices are honored

Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours / no-show: No refund

To cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate address and contact information
• Have a suitable space ready (4x4 ft minimum, power outlet)
• Follow pre-tan preparation instructions
• Complete the skin survey honestly for your safety
• Be present and ready at the scheduled appointment time

Health & Safety

Spray tanning involves DHA (dihydroxyacetone), an FDA-approved cosmetic colorant. While considered safe for external use, clients should:

• Disclose allergies and skin conditions in the skin survey
• Consult a doctor if pregnant or nursing
• Avoid inhaling spray mist (nose filters provided)
• Understand that spray tan does NOT provide UV protection

Results

Individual results vary based on skin type, preparation, and aftercare. Golden Glow Society is not responsible for results affected by failure to follow prep or aftercare instructions, use of incompatible products, or pre-existing skin conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Golden Glow Society's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect damages, allergic reactions not disclosed in the skin survey, or damage to clothing or furnishings from spray tan solution.
